The Enemy in the Woods

It was a privilege to be asked to score this incredibly powerful hour of television for the BBC. This was my fifth collaboration with brilliant director Jamie Roberts (Four Hours at the Capitol, Escape from Kabul, Spiderman of Paris)..

The first time I saw a rough assembly of the footage, I knew this would be a special film. It offered a unique ‘first person view’ on the conflict in Ukraine, giving an insight into life on the frontlines of war of the war. I will write a bit more about writing the music for the film when I get a moment, but for now, I’ll just leave you with a few of the five-star reviews the film received following it’s release on 25th March.

I don’t know when it will be available outside the UK, but if you have access to BBC iPlayer, I strongly urge you to watch this powerful and riveting hour of television. I’ve never seen anything like it.
