Me & My Monsters

Me and My Monsters is a sitcom for kids featuring fantastic puppets made by the Jim Henson Creature Company. Eddie and his family have moved to the UK from Australia only to find the basement of their new house is inhabited by a trio of crazy monsters who prove impossible to evict.

It was a great show to work on and the monsters (particularly the cheeky green fellow, Fiend) really are hilarious. This was the first project I’d ever worked on exclusively via Skype, email and telephone as it was an international co-production, filmed and edited in Australia… Since then I’ve become rather used to long-distance working relationships!

The 26 part series was very popular in the UK (on BBC) as well as in Australia, Germany and elsewhere. On the latter half of the series I enlisted the help of the very talented composer, Mark Hinton Stewart.
